EAdirectory is now live in Kenya — covering all 47 counties with sub-county granularity in Nairobi, Kiambu and Mombasa.
Why a directory in 2026?
Searching for a reliable lawyer, mechanic, hospital or restaurant in Kenya is still harder than it should be. Reviews are gamed. Fake listings clog up search results. Contact details go stale within months.
EAdirectory exists because none of the existing directories actually verify. They scrape, they spam, they auto-import — and the user pays the price.
What “verified” means here
A green Verified badge on EAdirectory means:
- We phone-called the listed number and a real person at the business answered.
- We confirmed the address against Google Maps.
- We confirmed either a working website or a verified Google Business Profile.
- The verifier’s name and date are kept on file for audit.
If any of those three checks fail, the listing doesn’t go live.
What’s next
We’re focused entirely on Kenya for now — every county, every major sub-county, every category that matters to Kenyan consumers and businesses. We’ll grow the verified count, the categories, and the features long before we expand the map.
