We try to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we do collect, what we don't, and how to delete what we have.
What we collect
- Geolocation — only if you explicitly grant permission. Coordinates stay in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers or third parties. You can revoke this at any time from the footer link Manage location preference.
- IP-based country — Cloudflare provides a country code (e.g. KE, UG) for routing. We do not log your IP address.
- Form submissions — name, email, phone, and message when you contact us or submit a listing. Used only to respond to you and to publish your listing.
- Aggregated analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Plausible. Used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns. No third-party tracking cookies, no profile building.
What we do not do
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.
- We do not display profiled or personalised advertising without your explicit consent (you can revoke this from the cookie banner).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@eadirectory.com. We respond within 7 business days. These rights are protected under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and post a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days. Material changes will be emailed to anyone who has previously contacted us.
