By using EAdirectory you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to anyone browsing the site, listing a business, or buying advertising.
1. Using EAdirectory
EAdirectory is a directory of businesses across Kenya. You may browse and search at no cost. The information shown is provided in good faith but EAdirectory does not endorse any specific business and is not liable for transactions between you and a listed business.
2. Listings
Listings are accepted and published at our discretion. Listing information reaches EAdirectory in two ways: businesses submit their own details through our listing form, or we compile them from publicly available business sources such as public business profiles and company websites, where a business has already published its contact details so that customers can reach it.
We may unpublish a listing at any time, particularly where we receive a credible complaint, evidence of fraud, or where the contact details no longer reach the business.
3. Removing a listing
If you do not want your business listed on EAdirectory, we will remove it. You do not need to give a reason and there is no charge.

Tell us the business name and, if you have it, the page address. So that a listing cannot be removed by a competitor, we may ask you to confirm your connection to the business, for example by answering on the listed number or replying from the listed email address.
We action removal requests within 7 days. A removed listing may still appear in search engine results or caches for a short time afterwards while those services update, which is outside our control.
The same routes can be used to correct or update any detail on a listing.
4. Verification badge
Some listings carry a green Verified badge, indicating that EAdirectory has carried out additional checks on that listing's details. The badge is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or any form of professional accreditation, and it is not a guarantee that the information is current. Always carry out your own checks before transacting.
5. Accuracy and liability
Listing information is provided in good faith but may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, particularly where details change after publication. EAdirectory does not endorse any listed business and is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, any transaction, agreement or dispute between you and a listed business. You should carry out your own checks before entering into any transaction.
If you find information on this site that is wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.
6. Paid tiers
Featured and Premium tiers are billed monthly or annually by EAdirectory. Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Paid placement affects prominence on the site; it does not affect the verification checks described above.
7. Acceptable use
You may not scrape EAdirectory's content, submit false or fraudulent listings, or use contact details published here for unsolicited bulk marketing. Repeated violations result in blocks and, where applicable, action under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018.
8. Personal data
How we handle personal data, the lawful basis for publishing listings, and your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, including access, correction, objection and erasure, are set out in our privacy policy. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner at odpc.go.ke.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Nairobi. We would always prefer to resolve a complaint with you directly first.
