1. Using EAdirectory

EAdirectory is a directory of businesses across East Africa. You may browse and search at no cost. The information shown is provided in good faith but EAdirectory does not endorse any specific business and is not liable for transactions between you and a listed business.

2. Listings

Listings on EAdirectory are accepted at our discretion. We verify phone, address and presence before publishing. We may unpublish a listing at any time, particularly where we receive credible complaints, evidence of fraud or where contact details no longer reach the business.

3. Verification badge

The Verified badge indicates EAdirectory has phone-called the listed number, confirmed the address against Google Maps, and confirmed either a working website or Google Business Profile. It is not an endorsement and does not constitute professional accreditation.

4. Paid tiers

Featured and Premium tiers are billed monthly or annually by WPfoss Limited. Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape EAdirectory's content, send fake submissions, or use the contact details published here for unsolicited marketing campaigns.

6. Disputes

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Nairobi.
